Why Nobody Should Lead Alone
Opening hook
One or two sentences that make a tired volunteer lean in.

Most youth workers don't burn out because the work is hard. They burn out because they're carrying it alone, week after week, wondering if anyone notices.

Main teaching Required
150–300 words. Keep it conversational.

This series gives your volunteers a shared language for discipleship, so every small group leader knows what a good week looks like, and what to do when a student goes quiet.

Each week pairs a short teaching with one practice your team can try before the next meeting. It's not another program to run. It's a rhythm you can actually keep:

  • Show up early and stay a little late.
  • Learn one thing about every student's week.
  • Pray for them by name on Thursday.

Quick test for readability: Illinois 1Il0O, “quotes,” em dashes — and numbers like 12, 46 and 2027.
